Acceptance

By accessing or using the D1 DEEP Discord server, bot, rules website, or related services, you agree to these terms, the published server rules, and the applicable rules of Discord and Roblox. If you do not agree, do not use D1 DEEP.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be permitted to use Discord and Roblox and meet their minimum age requirements. You are responsible for activity performed through your accounts and for keeping them secure. Do not impersonate another person, evade restrictions, or link an account you do not control. Identity and build information you provide must be accurate.

Wagers and fair play

D1 DEEP wagers are community competition records only. They must not involve real money, cryptocurrency, or anything with real-world monetary value. Do not use D1 DEEP to organize gambling, payments, purchases, or prize arrangements.

Participants must follow the published rules, use eligible builds, provide honest results and evidence, and avoid cheating, collusion, match fixing, alternate-account abuse, harassment, or attempts to manipulate ratings, cooldowns, statistics, and moderation systems.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse, disrupt, scrape, spam, overload, reverse engineer, exploit, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to D1 DEEP or its connected services. Do not submit malware, unlawful material, deceptive evidence, private information you lack permission to share, or content that infringes another person's rights. Do not bypass Discord safety controls or use automated access except through features D1 DEEP expressly provides.

Your submissions

You remain responsible for builds, messages, application answers, evidence, links, files, and other material you submit. You confirm that you have the right to submit that material. You give D1 DEEP a non-exclusive permission to store, copy, format, display, transmit, and moderate it only as reasonably needed to operate, document, protect, and improve the service. This permission ends when the material is deleted, except for copies that must remain in backups, competition history, moderation records, or legal records.

Staff decisions and appeals

Authorized staff may validate or reject builds and applications, resolve or void wagers, review evidence, correct ratings and statistics, issue strikes and cooldowns, remove content, restrict participation, or suspend access. Staff may act when needed to preserve safety, fairness, or reliable operation. If you believe a decision is incorrect, contact staff through the Discord server and provide the relevant wager, ticket, or evidence. Review does not guarantee reversal.

Privacy

The D1 DEEP Privacy Policy explains what information the service handles and how you may request access, correction, or deletion. By using D1 DEEP, you acknowledge that public competition features may display the information described in that policy.

Third-party services

D1 DEEP depends on services operated by Discord, Roblox, Bloxlink, Google, Railway, and supported media providers. Their own terms and policies govern your use of those services. D1 DEEP does not control their availability, security, moderation, or data practices and is not endorsed by or affiliated with them unless expressly stated.

Availability and changes to the service

D1 DEEP is provided as available. Features, rules, ratings, records, integrations, or access may change, pause, reset, or stop without notice. We may correct technical errors or inaccurate records. We do not promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, D1 DEEP is provided without warranties, and its operators and staff are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using D1 DEEP at any time. D1 DEEP may restrict or end access when you violate these terms or server rules, create risk, interfere with operation, or when the service is discontinued. Provisions concerning submitted content, competition history, moderation records, disclaimers, and liability may continue when reasonably necessary after access ends.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when D1 DEEP, its rules, providers, or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be directed to D1 DEEP staff through the Discord server.
