Scope

This policy explains how D1 DEEP handles information when you use its Discord server, bot commands, rules website, leaderboards, applications, wagers, moderation features, and related services.

Information we collect

D1 DEEP may process Discord user and server identifiers, usernames, display names, avatars, roles, Roblox identifiers and usernames, linked account details, leaderboard ratings and history, match statistics, strikes, cooldowns, wager records, submitted builds, application answers, ticket messages, moderation decisions, evidence links, attachments, transcripts, configuration choices, and operational logs.

We do not ask for your Discord or Roblox password, payment-card information, or other account credentials.

Where information comes from

Information comes from details you submit, actions you take in D1 DEEP, Discord server and API data available to the bot, Roblox and Bloxlink identity services, and technical records created while the service operates. The rules website also retrieves published rule content from Google Docs.

How we use information

We use information to link identities, operate leaderboards and profiles, validate builds, create and resolve wagers, review applications, enforce server rules, issue strikes and cooldowns, publish rules, deliver notifications, investigate abuse, secure the service, diagnose failures, and maintain reliable records of competitive and staff actions.

Information that may be public

Your Discord or Roblox username, avatar, rank, rating, match statistics, submitted build, wager participants, result, and supporting evidence may appear in server channels, leaderboards, profiles, wager logs, or other community-facing features. Application answers, staff notes, and transcripts are intended for staff or other members who can access the configured channels, but Discord channel permissions determine who can view them.

Sharing and service providers

D1 DEEP uses Discord, Roblox, Bloxlink, Google, Railway, PostgreSQL hosting, and supported media providers to deliver its features. These providers may process information according to their own policies. We may also share information with authorized D1 DEEP staff, when you direct us to share it, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or the community. D1 DEEP does not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep records only while they remain reasonably useful for competition history, account linking, moderation, dispute handling, security, administration, legal obligations, or reliable operation. Retention may differ by record type. For example, season history and moderation records may be needed longer than temporary processing files or routine logs. Discord messages and attachments may remain subject to Discord channel retention and deletion.

Your choices and requests

You may contact D1 DEEP staff through the Discord server to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you. We may need your Discord or Roblox identity to verify the request. Some information may be retained when necessary to preserve competition integrity, enforce rules, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with law, or protect other users. Removing linked information may prevent some features from working.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect stored information and restrict administrative access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If we learn of unauthorized access, we will investigate and provide notices when required.

Age requirements

D1 DEEP is not intended for anyone who is too young to use Discord or Roblox under those services' rules or applicable law. Do not use D1 DEEP if you are not permitted to use the connected services.

International processing

The services used by D1 DEEP may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy policies describe where and how they process information.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when D1 DEEP, its providers, or its legal obligations change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Questions and privacy requests can be directed to D1 DEEP staff through the Discord server.
